2. Do you sell both new and used instruments?
Yes, we offer both new and pre-owned surgical instruments. All our products, whether new or used, are thoroughly inspected to ensure they meet our quality standards.
3. Do you sell surgical instruments for every surgical specialty?

4. Do you just sell single instruments or do you also offer instrument sets?
Yes, we sell instruments sets for all types of surgery, including orthopedic, neuro, plastic, ENT, laparoscopic and many more. To search our full inventory of instrument sets, please click HERE.
5. Can I sell my surgical instruments to you?
Absolutely! We have a "Sell Your Surgical Instruments" program. If you have instruments you'd like to sell, please visit our website and navigate to the "Sell Your Surgical Instruments" section for more details.
6. Do you offer any discounts for first-time customers?
Yes, new customers can enjoy a 10% discount on their first order using the code 10OFF.
7. Do you accept offers on instruments?
Yes, every product page has a make an offer button that customers can click to make an offer. We realize that our customers are busy so when we counter an offer, that will be our best price. When an offer is accepted, our system issues a unique coupon code that allows you to check out with the accepted price. Unfortunately, this only works for one unique instrument at a time so if you submit offers on multiple items, we'll have to create a draft order for you, with the different instruments at the accepted prices.
8. Do I need to create an account to purchase an instrument?
No, you can check out as a guest or create an account to save your information for future orders.
9. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all of our surgical instruments come with a 6 month warranty.
10. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship all over the world and offer shipping from UPS, USPS and DHL. Please note that we're not responsible for any duties or import tariffs some countries impose on imported goods.
