Shipping & Returns
We accept returns any any defective products or products damaged during shipping within 30 days of an order being placed. Any products returned because of customer error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Products that are returned because of customer error will require shipping to be paid by the customer. Please note we don't accept returns on new instruments that have been opened or had their seals broken. You must notify us by email in order to receive a return authorization code number. Any products not received within 2 weeks of an RA number being issued will be result in the return being cancelled.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note that any products not returned within 15 days of an RA number being issued will result in a return cancellation and no refund will be issued.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
The shipping prices shown are for continental United States buyers. If you live outside the continental United States, shipping rates will differ.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Please note the dimensions and weights shown are for "packaged" products.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not require a signature on delivery as long as it's going to a home or office. However, if the product is left in your mailbox or on your doorstep and then stolen, it is not our responsibility.
